Bringing verifiable metadata to AT Protocol

Over the past weeks I’ve been exploring how Liccium’s declaration infrastructure can integrate with AT Protocol in a way that feels native to the ecosystem rather than introducing yet another isolated standard.
The result is a proposal for a new Standard.site Lexicon,
site.standard.declaration, that enables creators to publish verifiable,
machine-readable declaration metadata through their own Personal Data Server
(PDS). The proposal does not define new rights vocabularies or trust
frameworks. Instead, it provides a common place where applications can discover
metadata about signed declarations, regardless of where those declarations are
ultimately hosted.
The idea grew from a simple architectural observation: both Liccium and AT Protocol rely on creator-controlled identities, cryptographic signatures, and decentralised publication. Extending the PDS from publishing social content to publishing declaration metadata is therefore a natural evolution of the protocol.
